CLASS DESCRIPTION

Small group training using strength and cardio to transform your body into a fat burning machine. Reach your personal fitness goals by performing high intensity exercises, followed by a rest period that is 1/2 the exercise time. *This is an 8-week paid program ($136+HST), with 2 classes per week.
