CLASS DESCRIPTION

The TRX suspension trainer- developed by the Navy SEALs – delivers a fast, effective total body workout, developing strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. This workout concentrates on leveraging gravity and one’s body weight to perform many (emphasis on the word “many”) different exercises.
