A university degree specializing in motor development and rehabilitation enables Krista to work successfully with sport specific training clients. Paired with her working knowledge of anatomy and physiology, Krista can creatively cater to pregnant Moms as well. As a group exercise instructor for over twenty years, she excels at providing her clients with superior toning, sculpting and weight loss programs. Together, we can create and maintain radiant health. It will be a fun journey!
